NT Recycling Solutions Pty Ltd (NTRS), owned by VTG, operates Darwin’s only Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), processing recyclables from across the Top End and plays a central role in the region’s waste‑diversion system.
The MRF receives and sorts materials such as paper, cardboard, plastics, metals, and glass, producing quality recyclable commodities for reprocessing. Operating from Pruen Rd, Berrimah, NTRS handles approximately 5,000 tonnes of material annually.
